Warranty Period Question How do I get this corrected?

I was looking at my registered laptop and have been considering buying an extended warranty. I just noticed though that my current warranty started 3 months before I purchased the laptop. How do I get this corrected? Is there any way of doing this without getting on the phone with support. Thanks.

    The registration of a new Acer laptop starts when you register the laptop FIRST TIME and if your laptops SNID or serial number was registered, there is no way that Acer allows your serial number or SNID to be registered twice, if your laptop was registered before then you CAN NOT register your laptop again. So there is no way that your laptop was registered before or 3 months before you bought the laptop new.

    With the extended warranty, you need to do it through a 3rd party insurance, its up to you to pay whoever, I suggest a reputable insurance company that you will be able to get Acer Tech Support to repair your laptop with and they pay the full cost. This is available when you buy the laptop from a reputable retailer in most cases, well its available in my neck of the woods Sydney Australia. Good luck
