Are you using Acer Care Center battery Charge 80% limiting option? You are not showing if the battery fully charges to100% or 80%? If this 26,000mWh capacity left is at 100% fully charged you may want to replace the battery as it shows over 50% wear or wait another year till the battery won't work anymore (below 10% capacity). IDK how a battery can wear 50% in less than 2 years, maybe a dead cell (bad batch). If you are using ACC battery charge limiting stop that. This is the correct battery model for your laptop in case you want to replace it:

    Hi,

Yes, the battery has lost it's charge capacity by a large percentage, you could try a manual calibration and check the readings in HWMonitor, ignore the warnings by Acer Care centre App, download and install HWMonitor, run it and check the wear level under Battery section, the follow the instruction for manual calibration in the link, then take the readings in HWMonitor and if it's still wear level is around 49%-51%, you have to cchange the battery, in the meantime, you can continue to use it with AC adapter connected always, if you are using 80% charge limit in Care centre forget about it in future, always charge the battery to full charge.

  • I advise you to first check the battery wear with the hwinfo64 program.
