I was playing a game on my laptop (Predator Helios 300 PH-315-51) while plugged in. Then suddenly, the electricity went out and my laptop turned off. After a while, it came back and i plugged it in to start my laptop. Although it started normally, the battery percentage remained unchanged, i.e., 0%. And when i removed the charger, the laptop turned off. So, I plugged it in again and left it for about 2 hours (while it was off). After 2 hours, I started it again, but it still showed 0% available (plugged in).

I asked my friend and he suggested that i reset the battery by inserting a pin at the backside of the laptop. I found that hole and inserted the pin correctly and held it for about 30 seconds and started the laptop again. Unfortunately, it didn't worked. It is still stuck on 0% and turns off as soon as i remove the charger. I also uninstalled the battery driver from the device manager, updated it and disable/enable it. Nothing seems to be working. What can i do to fix it?
