I had lot of issues with my acer nitro 5 and I pulled out the HDD and now it's working somewhat fine.
But, recently my battery is not charging even if I put it in charging for hours. my battery had around 10% of battery and it was working fine with charger connected usage. But once my battery is depleted (0%), if I connect charger and switch on laptop, it's showing 100% battery in windows 11. about 5minutes after switching it on the batter indicator blinks in orange color, and if I continue using my laptop it shuts down automatically. it's so annoying. I want to know if it's the battery issue, this is a fairly new laptop of 2 years. is there a official link to order a new battery and will a new battery will fix this issue?

This Laptop is from 2020, so even you bought it 2 years ago the battery may be older and have a bad cell, run a Windows Battery Report and check the discharge profile, if flat/shallow and the capacity when fully charged is way down you need to replace it. A flashing amber Battery LED is indicating a battery issue. Compatible Battery models are AP18E7&8M: https://www.ebay.com/itm/275246843855

You can try to reset CMOS/BIOS and the battery to see if that helps: Power drain + CMOS reset: Open the back of the laptop and disconnect the battery cable from the motherboard. Locate the CMOS module (with 2 twisted wires Red and Black under the battery) and remove the coin battery. Shorten the +/- contacts inside the CMOS capsule for 2 seconds with a bended paperclip and put the coin battery back with the + sign facing up, close the CMOS capsule. Next, press the Power Button on the keyboard for 10-15 seconds after that reconnect the battery cable to the motherboard. Close the laptop, plug-in the adapter and try to boot. Also uninstall the 2 battery drivers (see picture) and just reboot.
