How find serial number? I can't find the driver without the serial number.

Acer instructions say to find it on the label on the bottom of the laptop. No such label.

Then they say use the Serial Number Detection Tool. Which doesn't work.

Any other ideas?

Or alternatively, at root I'm trying to fix the Intel Optane memory problem, for which they say they have an updated driver, but I can't find the driver without the serial number.

Any way to get the right driver without a serial number?

Just enter the model number of your laptop without the suffix, in the Acer Support site that will work. Your serial number is also available in your system BIOS, in Main or Info tab.

Hey jack7598436984516855 what kind of Acer PC do you have, as not having an Acer ID sticker on the back is very strange, as all Acer laptops and desktops and AIO and tablets have a sticker on the back with the model, S/N and SNID numbers.

Unless your Acer product was refurbished, and the bottom case was changed and the Acer ID info is not there, then that is why you don't have those above details, but all new Acer PCs have an ID sticker with its details. If you bought your Acer product new in a box, then the serial number is written on the sticker on the box and you can register your product at Register a Product with that serial number, easy peavey😂
