Nitro AN515-58 Sound Problems I don't hear any music or sound and not in a good quality.

Hello everyone! I've been having this problem for at lest a year and I've checked windows, skype, zoom etc, nothing could help and I don't face such a problems with other devices.

When I am skyping or zooming and my interlocutor is sharing his/her screen with a video, I don't hear any music or sound, I can hear only voices and not in a good quality. The same happens when I am sharing my screen.

As I have already mentioned, it doesn't happen when I am using other divices. I've contacted Windows and Skype support and there is nothing wrong from their side.

I really hope that I will find a solution here!

If you have a windows 11 laptop and you have muffled sound, 99% of the problem is AI noise reduction. AI can do 2 way noise reduction (reducing noise from your friend's side as well). They are not in the usual places like realtek audio console so nobody can find them to turn it on.
