XF273 Black bar when on Ultra low latency mode

Got this monitor for 2-3 years and the first few years were fine. The problem started one day when I noticed a black bar covering up the Windows taskbar. I thought it was a refresh rate problem so I turned it down from 165hz to 120hz and the black bar disappeared. Later I found a post on Reddit that the problem was the low latency mode so I turned it off and was able to go back to 165hz. I noticed the screen looks different from the 165hz with low latency and it looks the same as the 70hz monitor I got next to me. I don't think it was the panel because it looks ok at 165hz without low latency. Any theory ?
