My laptop broke down in the second last month of warranty they took 4 - 5 months to replace parts and get me my laptop back but still, they did careless work which where
- Didnt perform repasting even after changing the motherboard and even when they did they used basic ceramic thermal paste instead of liquid metal and in very bad manner.
- They didn't inject the model name, serial number, etc. because they didn't know how, so I asked customer care and they helped me using Anydesk.
- Last and very IMPORTANT during the repairs they damaged my wifi card and its connecting wires and when i told them to replace that they said the laptop is out of warranty now.
