I tried once time to ubuntu 20.04. I got some issues (max fan speed, camera, driver ,brightness). So I turned back to Window 11.

Now I want to try again. Please help me the right ways.

Your Nitro AN515-58 is about a year or so old now, so the Linux developers should have a good handle on the stuff needed in the kernel. Get the latest version of Ubuntu, which I believe is 22.04 right now. Do you want to run only Ubuntu, or dual boot into either Ubuntu or Windows? The installation process will be different for those two options. You shouldn't need to do much in the BIOS first, other than enabling the boot menu and disabling the VMD controller (Ctrl-S in the main windows should give you that option) so you don't need IRST drivers.
