Can I add an external video card and still have my onboard video work Aspire XC-1760 E

I have an Aspire XC-1760 E. It has the standard 2 HDMI onboard video outputs.
I already use both these ports to power my two monitors.
My lovely friend just gifted me a used Samsung 49 in monitor which takes HDMI or DP inputs

I need to add another HDMI/DP port to the pc to get this 'third' monitor working.

If I install an external video card in the PCI-e slot, will it disable the onboard video, or will I have 3 usable ports? Will the addition of the card disable the onboard graphics capability? I don't need a powerful card, just one that will drive HDMI output. I'm not using it for gaming

I am thinking of something like - https://www.amazon.co.uk/SAPLOS-Radeon-HD-6570-Computer/dp/B09P17GL9X/ref%3Dsr_1_2_sspa?adgrpid=53540696785&hvadid=606196707323&hvdev=c&hvlocphy=9045043&hvnetw=g&hvqmt=e&hvrand=15132132566550802202&hvtargid=kwd-310306556768&hydadcr=19049_2281183&keywords=pci+hdmi+graphics+card&qid=1703666111&sr=8-2-spons&sp_csd=d2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9hdGY&psc=1

Nope, when you installed a GPU into that slot the onboard video is automatically disabled.
