Hello all,

I have scoured this site and many others in the past several months for a solution to this.
Recently I upgraded my Acer Aspire (a715-72g-71ct)'s RAM from the standard 8Gb to the Crucial 32GB Kit (2x16GB) DDR4-3200 SODIMM (CT2K16G4SFRA32A).

After doing this I have experienced consistent issues, the computer crashing to BSOD - Memory Management. I have run Memory Test several times, multiple passes and no issues in the modules themselves. Tried the old ram out and that also ran fine. I understand that the 3200s are higher cycle than the original modules, and have been assured that this is not the issue since the board automatically reduces cycle speed to match compatibility.

The modules are compatible and standard upgrades for this model of computer, verified by several sources, and I have run out of options to resolve this. My only idea from other forums is to change the RAM voltage, but cannot find information about this since this forum says 'no' to discussing BIOS modification and there is no option for this route in stock BIOS.

I prefer not to flash modded BIOS since this risks more issues given that I have little experience in doing so. Please provide insight if possible, if I am missing something or there are other options, thanks!

P.S. Couple info points:

2018 laptop, running Win 10, no other changes recently to the system.
The issue has occurred during games, reading in search engine, even once during Mem Test.
