Problem connecting peripheral devices (USB, Bluetooth....) on laptop Aspire 3 - 58G - 56HC

Right from the time of purchase, the device has had a blue screen error with the error code MACHINE CHEKC EXCEPTION when connecting a bluetooth mouse or usb / portable hard drive after a random period of time (10 - 30 minutes). All drivers including bios have been updated to the latest version. Windows is installed on an NVMe drive, but when I try to install Windows on a SATA3 drive, the system works normally without any errors. I tried with another NVMe hard drive but the results were still the same as the NVMe hard drive that came with the device

Is your laptop the Aspire A315-58G-56HC, as from all the numbers that you have written, that is the only legit Acer laptop model number that I can decode😂 anyway, the MACHINE CHEKC EXCEPTION BSOD error is because of the following:

    Machine check error

    1. Update Drivers. One of the most common Machine Check Exception error fixes is updating outdated system drivers. ...
    2. Physical Hardware Check. ...
    3. Run CHKDSK. ...
    4. Run SFC. ...
    5. Check Your RAM Using MemTest86. ...
    6. Last Resort > Reset Windows. ...

See this guide here "How to Fix the Machine Check Exception BSOD in Windows" and follow this, also check your M.2 SSD drive and ram if its not faulty, as that could be causing this fault. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

Initially when I had OEM Windows, I tried everything I could to fix the problem but to no avail. I then reinstalled Windows using the .iso file on the Microsoft homepage but it still has the same error, the mouse may even randomly freeze and then the computer appears BSOD. Except for the 4GB of Onboard RAM, I replaced the separate slot with another 8GB stick and ran MemTest86 for 6 hours continuously but there were no errors. I changed the NVMe hard drive to a 1TB drive instead of the available 512GB but after installing Windows on it, the error still appeared. Only when installing Windows on a SATA3 SSD does everything work normally
