How to fix Predator sense, no performance and turbo mode even though AC is plugged in and charging?

Hello, i just bought predator helios 16 2023 2 days ago, I have a problem with the predator sense,

It says "when AC adapter is plugged in, mode setting will be restored." But the AC adapter is already plugged in and charging fine.

How do I manually select performance or turbo mode when its not even on the choices?

is there a possibility that there is a problem on my ac adapter?

did you solve the problem i also have the same problem with helio neo 16 cant detect AC even though its plug in nothing is in predator sense display
