[an515-54-58cl] Microphone Error.Thought it was something with connector, but works normal with old

This morning, the microphone on my headset "stopped" working (it still works but there's such a hiss on top that my voice is almost undetectable"). I thought it was something with the connector, but it works normally with my old one. headset, either the sound or the microphone. I tried using the headset on another computer and it works perfectly. Ultimately, I tried changing the notebook's audio driver and it worked until I restarted Windows, and then it stopped working again. No I know what else to do, I know that the model I use has some audio problems so I think that could be why.
