The drivers on SFG16-71 When I open the file for the Serial I/O it doesn't work

Before installing the Touchpad driver, please install the Serial I/O driver first.

I cannot locate the Touchpad driver in my downloads

When I open the file for the Serial I/O it dosnt work

    Boot to BIOS with F2 and go to the Main tab, check if Touchpad is in I2C or PS2 mode, if it's in I2C mode, switch to PS2 mode, then switch to I2C mode again, I2C is the correct mode. Save settings on exit and reboot.
    You don't install drivers for your Touchpad, Windows will install Microsoft "Precision" drivers. Check in Device manager under Human interface devices if you see any yellow exclamation marks uninstall those drivers as well as Unknown Devices, check also the hidden devices. Make sure your internet is working and reboot, Windows11 will install the (Precision) touchpad driver.
