Either the boot HDD/SSD failed, or the bootloader is missing/corrupted. If you can still boot to BIOS with F2, check if HDD0 (boot drive) is detected, if so, reset BIOS with F9 and safe settings on exit. If you cannot boot to BIOS I recommend bringing the laptop to Acer Services in your country for checking the boot drive and resetting the system to factory defaults for a small service fee.

Your Aspire A114-31 has a 32GB eMMC drive soldered to the motherboard. If the drive has failed, which isn't uncommon for eMMC drives, then the only fix is to take it to a well qualified repair depot, since they will have to desolder it and replace it, or replace the whole motherboard. If you were going to replace the MB, I'd go with the one for one of the A314-31 version, since they support 2.5" SSDs/HDDs. The A114 models only support the eMMC drives, which is why they were so much cheaper to purchase initially.

Use a Windows install flash drive to run tests on your drive to verify if it's good or bad…
