Acer Nitro AN16-41 restarts every few hours

Hello,
I recenlty bought the Acer AN16-41 and have the problem that it restarts every 3-4 hours. This happens very quickly but is annoying when you are in the middle of a game. What could be the reason?

1. Disable automatic restart: Go to Start > Settings > System > About > Advanced system settings > Advanced tab > Startup and recovery > under System failure, uncheck Automatic restart > OK
2. Uninstall your display driver: In the search box on the taskbar, type Device Manager, and then select it from the list of results. Expand Display adapters, right-click the device, and then select Uninstall device. Restart your PC and Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver. I recommend uninstalling the display driver with DDU in Safe Mode: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000091878/graphics.html
3. Scan for malware: Use Windows Security (taskbar, far right) to scan for malware and viruses.
4. Check for overheating: Overheating can cause your computer to restart unexpectedly. Ensure that your computer's fans are working properly and that the vents are not blocked. Change Power Plan to Balanced, consider getting a cooling pad.
5. Update your BIOS.
6. Boot into Safe Mode: Boot your computer into Safe Mode and check if the issue persists, if OK you need to find the driver/service that causes the restarting using MSconfig.exe https://www.makeuseof.com/tag/how-to-troubleshoot-your-windows-with-the-msconfig-utility/
