upon purchase PO3-640 screws for the side glass were missing.so want to know size of the screws.

I've purchased a 2022 model Predator PO3-640, upon purchase the screws for the side glass were missing, does anyone know the size and thread pitch of these screws?

I've contacted Acer about the issue but Customer Service seemed baffled at what I was even asking for, then gave me a random screw size that was nowhere near the size I needed

There are 4 screws in total (2 on each side) to secure both side covers, the screw reference Acer part # are: 86.E0JD3.003

I believe he means these screws.

There's a similar post and it was suggested that the size is #6-32 thumb screw.

Yes, #6-32 is pretty standard for case screws.
