an515-57 not able to undervolt my cpu in throttle stop or xtu.when open xtu core offset greyed out

hello, i have a acer nitro 5 an515-57( gtx 1650 gddr6, i5 11400h), i am not able to undervolt my cpu in throttle stop or xtu. when i open xtu , the core offset is greyed out. i watched many videos but i am not able to fix it. so i downloaded throttle stop , even in throttlestop i cannot change any of the settings( its greyed out). please let me know how to fix this issue as my laptop has been overheating alot recently
