So at first, I had both orange and blue lights blinking for a few seconds until my laptop shut down. In safe mode it kept working, but outside safemode it would get to log in and then shut down after with the blinking.
I replaced the battery, which did fix that issue, but now I have the Battery status: 0% abailable (plugged in), and if I take out the adapter it stays on for a couple seconds before shutting down. I tried disabling and enabling in device manager, I tried taking the battery out and putting it back in again, I tried to take it out and keep the power button 1 minute before putting back in. I tried a different adapter and same thing. Battery says it's in good condition.
I can use my laptop while plugged in, but if I play heavier games (not too heavy) or programs, it all starts blinking for seconds before it shuts down again. And the orange light keeps blinking after shutdown, and I have to take the adapter out and plug it back in before I can use it again.
please help!!!

Amelia.

Do you perhaps have the RTX3050 95 Watt dGPU?. In Safe Mode the Windows Base Video driver is used not the dGPU. Are you using Acer Care Center 80% battery charge limiter or other battery monitoring bloatware? To me it appears that the 57Wh battery and 135W power adapter are the issue. Try getting at least a 180W adapter and charge the battery 100% with the laptop shut down (disable Hibernate and Fast Startup, remove/disconnect all peripherals). When the amber charge LED turns blue wait a few minutes and boot, unplug the adapter and work till the system shuts down automatically (3% battery charge left), close the lid and plug in the adapter, again charge till the amber LED turns blue and wait 5 minutes, then boot. This procedure is required after installing a new battery for BIOS and MS ACPI battery protocol to register the capacity of your new battery, skipping this can cause what you describe above, if that did not fix your charging problem, I recommend bringing the laptop and adapter to Acer Services in your country to check the DC port and PSU.
