Today my laptop has a problem, it won't start. I tried to reset the battery using the hole on the back of the laptop, but it didn't work. When I try to start the laptop whether it's on mains or battery power, the power light stays on blue for a few seconds and then goes off. If I press the power button 3 or more times, the keyboard backlight starts working, the indicator just lights up blue and the laptop makes a sound when connected to the network. At the same time, neither the screen nor even the fans show signs of life, that is, the laptop does not start.

This is a 2021 model and may still be under warranty; I recommend bringing your laptop and power adapter to Acer Services in your country for checking. If you don't mind opening the laptop, do this:
Power drain + CMOS reset: Open the back of the laptop and disconnect the battery cable from the motherboard. Locate the CMOS module (with 2 twisted wires Red and Black under the battery upper right corner) and remove the coin battery. Shorten the +/- contacts inside the CMOS capsule for 2 seconds with a bended paperclip and put the coin battery back with the + sign facing up, close the CMOS capsule. Next, press the Power Button on the keyboard for 10-15 seconds after that reconnect the battery cable to the motherboard. Close the laptop, plug-in the adapter and try to boot.

Or try the full battery reset using the pinhole. Just clicking the button only does a power cycle, not a reset. Disconnect everything from the laptop with it powered off. Press and hold the reset button for 15-30 seconds then release. Wait 15-30 minutes and connect only the charger. Wait for the charge indication to turn blue, then power on normally. This doesn't reset the CMOS, which is what the previous suggestion does, but does reset the battery internal stats.
