Veriton VM4660G BIOS password doesnt seem to get cleared.but for some reason it doesnt seem

so i recently bought a Acer Veriton M VM4660G-I7870H2 from a friend and i have a hard time accessing the BIOS, it has a password, told my friend about it and he said he didnt know what the password was, so i tried clearing the BIOS myself, but for some reason it doesnt seem to get reset, from removing the CMOS and setting the clear cmos jumper in the other pins, no method works, i need help

You can contact Acer for the BIOS password assistant. Any method of password bypassing is not allowed in this community.
