Aspire U27-885 Won't Wake-up The screen turns black and the power light is visible

My Aspire U27-885 Won't Wake-up from sleep mode. The screen turns black and the power light is visible, usually any interaction with the keyboard, mouse or touch screen would bring the machine out of screen mode. Now I have to hold the power button until it goes out and release, then press again. The machine restarts normally display resumes and operates fine. Would appreciate any suggestions to fix this.

This is normal.

By default Windows will go into a "light" sleep mode. It is this mode that allows your system to wake via keyboard or other events.
After, by default, 6 hours your system will hibernate and go into a deeper sleep. In this mode it needs to be woken via the power switch. In order to change this, you need to modify your power plan. Be aware that doing so may mean that your computer will drain the battery more than normal when asleep. Disable Hibernate and Fast Startup in "Change what closing the lid does" and "Change settings that are currently unavailable".
