NO, leave the battery to charge to 100% ALWAYS AND DO NOT USE THE 80% SETTING, as it does nothing and its a gimmick. Run your laptops battery to 0% at least once a month and to discharges the battery completely and then recharge the battery to 100% charge, as that is the best way to prolong the battery life.
