Spin3 SP314-55N Keep Deleting Files. When clicked on the files its getting deleted automatically

Ard 1~2 months, I have a brand new replacement Spin 3 as my previous one kept cannot start-up (brought in 3 times to the service center). Now, whenever I click the icon on the desktop, or files/folders via the Window Explorer, it will automatically delete them. When I attempt to restore from the Recycle Bin, it will prompt me to delete them permanently. After checking the Internet, probable cause such as Storage Sense were actually turned off. I have even reset/re-install the Windows but to no avail.

Strangely, I physically flipped/folded the Spin3 and use it as tablet and the problem goes away. I have three other Acer notebooks (another Spin 3 and two Swift) and they do not have this issue. Is this a hardware issue?

Sounds like malware to me… I can think of no other reason for those symptoms.
