Hello everyone, I just have a quick question. I just bought a used Acer Predetor Laptop. I would like to reinstall Windows with all the drivers and programs. On my old HP Laptop I used HP Cloud Recovery Tool. And on another Machine, a Dell I used OS Recovery Tool.

Is there a Tool from acer to reinstall Windows with all the Programs, Drivers, etc?

And if possible I don‘t want to use Media Creation Tool, because this doesn‘t install the Drivers and preinstalled Programs automaticly.

Thanks for your help in advance!

Nope u dont have that in acer u have to pay or request from service center if warranty. There is no cloud os recovery only ALT+F10 recovery there, this installs windows 11 from the recovery drive that is present in the local system not the cloud, if u had clean install window 11 then its gone. Dont know if cloud recovery will ever come

Thank you for your reply. Should I send them an E-Mail? Or should I just install it via the Media Creation Tool. And what Programs from Acer should I install to get the Acer Experience with all the Software?

You have to physically bring or send the laptop to Acer Services in your country requesting a system reset to factory defaults, service charge in the Philippines was $25, 3-years ago, excluding shipping costs. Yes, sending an e-mail to get the shipping address or the shop location with opening times is a good idea, services are on "First come first service" basis.

I'd suggest doing a Macrium Reflect backup image. That way, you can always return to the current build along with the drivers.
