Hello. I have been consistently encountering a Code 12 error related to my network adapter. Despite my efforts, the issue persists, and I'm having trouble establishing a stable internet connection.
Error Details:
- Device Manager displays a Code 12 error for the network adapter.
- The error message indicates that "This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. (Code 12)"
- If I try to reinstall the driver to fix this issue, it shows the same after 2 mins of working.
Steps Taken So Far: I've attempted several troubleshooting steps, including:
- Uninstalling and reinstalling the network adapter driver.
- Checking for driver updates via Windows Update.
- Scanning for malware or viruses.
- Resetting the network settings.
- Disk Checks through cmd.
- Using an external usb wifi adapter.
A similar issue persists with the ethernet driver too in which it shuts down to same code when I try to run something more heavy on the computer i.e. too many tabs or launching a game. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You.
