Acer PC TC-1760-UA92 stuck on Preparing Automatic Repair. Not the most computer savvy. Tried to reboot multiple times.

Nah, you have to break that loop with WindowsRE OS stored on your boot drive or loaded on a Windows USB Recovery flash drive. In WindowsRE (with the blue screen and Troubleshoot menu) you can boot to Safe Mode and uninstall rogue drivers, incompatible services/programs or refresh the system image/repair the system files, you can then also Reset this PC or try to boot straight to Windows bypassing the repair loop. To get to WindowsRE on the boot drive, Reboot and as soon as you see the Acer logo press Alt+F10. To use a USB flash drive with WindowsRE that you did not make recently (after each Windows upgrade you need make a new Recovery drive), insert a USB drive in the USB2.0 port of another Windows (same version) PC and type Recovery disk in Search, takes 30 minutes on a fast PC. Place the Recovery drive in your TC-1769 port and boot to BIOS with F2, go to the Boot devices page in BIOS and move the USB drive to the top of the list (if not already there), save settings on exit and Reboot normally (without F2). You should see the blue screen with the Troubleshoot menu.

I've tried a few times to get to WindowsRE by pressing Alt+F10 several times and only get the Acer logo and either a spinning symbol or a Preparing Automatic Repair message with a spinning symbol.
