XV320QULM Display glitch/artifact on some games while playing there is this long blue flickering

Just bought a XV320QULM, I'm noticing on some games while playing there is this long blue flickering strip towards the bottom edge of the monitor. Had gotten this from amazon, says there were only 3 left, so I'm assuming I got one that was a return for the same issue and they resold it. Or is this something that can be fixed on the user end?

Try with a better cable, that type of artifact is often due to cable issues.
