Hello,

I've an old Aspire model V5-571. Due to some issues now the PC isn't booting. When I turn it on I can't go to the Bios (even pressing F2 the Bios won't open) and this string appears:

Exiting pxe rom

Right after: operating system not found

What can I do since I can't open the BIOS?

Thanks

Your Aspire V5-571 does not have a operating system to boot from and/or its hard drive is faulty, insert a new HDD preferably an 2.5" SSD like a Samsung 870 EVO, make sure that you have a total of 8GB (2x 4GB at DDR3-1600MHz ram) and even have the top of the range cpu that this laptop came with , which is the i7-3517U, as then you can run Win-10 Home or Pro comfortably and very well on this laptop.

Do the above first, as your current Aspire V5-571 has a faulty HDD or operating system and that is why its not booting, if the HDD is faulty, get a new HDD and reinstall Win-10, if you have a Win-7 or 8 or 8.1 installed upgrade to the appropriate Win-10 version from the Microsoft OS 25 key digits that this laptop came with oem from Acer. Good luck and hope this helps you out.
