Does anyone know a way to get these Acer Chromebook Spin 513 R841T-S4ZG to work with WiFi 6e

I just purchased some Acer Chromebook Spin 513's and cannot get them to connect to our WiFi (WiFi 6e). In doing some research (which I should have done before the purchase), it states that the 513's only support up to WiFi 5. This surprised me because we have some old c732's (at least 5 years old) that are working fine with our WiFi. Does anyone know a way to get these 513's to work with WiFi 6e?

It would be very helpful if you told us the exact Spin 513 model number like and is it a 2023 model or a 2022 or 2021 or what? As the latest model Spin 513 2023 is the CP513-2H-K62Y or CP513-1H or CP513-1HL or other model Spin 513's, as the 513 model is just its Spin number and not the exact model number. The 2023 Spin 513 models all have a Wireless LAN - MEDIATEK 802.11ax Bluetooth.
    FM MT7921LE Wi-Fi 6 2x2 AX+BT M.2 2230 - Acer part#: KE.11X0M.001
which is the most current card and should pair and work 100% with a current or previous spec modem. You must be doing something wrong to pair your Spin 513, check all settings again.

You need to look up Google and see if your drivers are installed properly for your Acer Chromebook Spin 513-xx-xxxx model to work, Acer does not have support for the Chromebook OS and its drivers or even OS version updates.

The R841T models have this WiFi/Bluetooth chipset:

Which should have no issue connecting with a 6E network, unless the 6E is somehow set into 6GHz only mode. 802.11ac (WiFi 5) is a normal fallback for 801.11ax (6 and 6E). Do the laptops connect to other networks fine?

Good to know, there are some 'special' features in Enterprise mode that don't seem to be well understood, perhaps this is one of them…
