Hi,

Is there a screen with higher resolution available on the market that would fit an Aspire A314-35 model with 14" screen (i.e. resolution higher than 1366 x 768)? Thanks.

Just in addition, you can't just upgrade the screen to anything that you want for your Aspire A314-35, you can with an external monitor but an internal monitor your laptop is restricted by its pin connector, as this laptop comes with a 30-pin video connector and Acer fits the below screen model oem like the AUO or the INNOLUX or the BOE screens to this laptop:

The BOE NT140FHM-N44 screen is a Size: 14.0" WideScreen / Resolution: FHD (1920x1080) / Video Connector: 30 pin video connector that has an Upgrade Option to a "Matte IPS, 1080p, Wide viewing angles and professional color range" screen. That is all that you can upgrade to.

There are many 14" panels with higher resolution like this one: Innolux N140HCA-EAC Rev.C1, 1920(RGB)×1080, FHD 157PPI

Download HWINFO freeware and install. Run it and look in the Monitor tab what your screen model, brand and part number are. In Panelook search for your panel and look for alternatives and upgrades. The plug (eDP1.2 30 pins) is the most important item that you can only find out by opening your laptop and disconnecting the LED cable. Other items to check are mounting brackets needed and will it fit (bezel opening). I recommend that Acer Services in your country replaces your screen.
