Bassicaly, i noticed about 2 years ago that plastic that is on the back of the laptop from the palm rest was bulging about, and i just shrugged it off till this year, This morning, when i opened the screen of the laptop and i hear a LOUD Krrrrrr pop Breaking sound of the plastic, the screen is not holding up any more and is separating from the laptop for some reason, i opened it up and the stand offs and everything was snapped. i tried to glue them back, and they did glue back and stay glued… until i closed it up and opened the laptop, everything broke AGAIN and i felt sad and in a loss of hope, so i contacted my local repair shop, and they said it was gonna be about 200 EUR to replace the whole casing of the laptop, I thought to my self (200 EUROS?!?1?!? TO HELL WITH THAT, I RATHER THROW THE LAPTOP IN THE GARBAGE), and i remember i have an Acer Community account, and thought what you guys have to say about this. Max i can spend is 50-80 Euros.

€ 200 sounds about right for panel and hinge replacement. This happens when you open/close the lid on the sides instead of in the middle at the top, the lid flexes and applies uneven stress/tension on the hinges causing friction and very tight movement, next will be a cracked panel when a hinge arm detaches from the panel (small screws). This can happen with any brand laptop. If you don't want to spend that kind of money you can try to patch it up with industrial epoxy cement like you tried but opening and closing of the lid must be avoided as it remains a weak spot and always aid the opening with your thumbs inside on the bottom of the screen, never at the top as that will flex the lid and the patch will come loose again. @StevenGen has a method to hot glue the hinge.

I tried to repair it again and open the screen like you said, it did open and hold till the next day, it broke once again, and im thinking about just buying a for parts laptop of same model from ebay.de for 120 Euros and replace the casing.
