Hi, I have a chromebook spin 514 cp514-1h. I could not find information on whether the screw needs to be unscrewed or two contacts must be shorted to remove the restriction. Please tell me what needs to be done to remove the overwriting ban and how to enter the bios?

Acer doesn't show either contacts or a screw on the CP514-1H models in their service guide. Likely they haven't enabled that as an option. They use a combination of a dongle and software to make changes at the BIOS level at the service centers, and neither are available except at the service centers.

Thanks for the answer. I have a USB with Windows. Can you tell me how to enter/create bios?

Since Acer doesn't support installing Windows on the Chromebook models, we don't talk about that.
