Acer Swift 3 What I do? when I start I get this error "not bootable you decide

TI have a new Acer Swift 3, when I start I get this error "not bootable you decide", it does not recognize the hard drive and it does not let me install win 10 either. I would appreciate the help

If this is a new laptop, return it to the retailer, it should have Windows11 pre-installed.

No I can't see what the model number is because it's not on the bottom of the laptop.

T I had Windows 11, I tried to install Windows 10 to see if the problem would be fixed and it won't let me install because it says I'm missing drivers

The numbers should be on the stickers on the laptop. If they aren't there then likely whoever sold you it sold you a stolen system or a used system where the previous owner for some reason peeled them off. Take it back.
