Chemical bubbles on the back panel Acer Swift 5
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue with the back cover of my laptop, model Acer Swift 5. I am a loyal customer of your brand and have always appreciated the quality and performance of your products. However, I am currently experiencing a significant problem with the laptop's back panel that I believe is a result of a manufacturing defect.
Recently, I noticed the formation of chemical bubbles on the back panel of my laptop. Unfortunately, these bubbles have not only compromised the aesthetics of the device but have also caused the back panel to pop, resulting in warping and a noticeable dent. This has created an uneven surface that is now touching the fan, leading to disruptive noises during operation.
I am reaching out to request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. I am confident that addressing this issue will not only restore the functionality and appearance of my laptop but also contribute to maintaining the reputation of your esteemed brand. Hope i get the solution.

Hi @Pradeep330 wait for more responses, I just wanted to tell you that Acer customer service or support does not participate in the community and we only participate in users who help each other.
I recommend you contact your local Acer office directly, however, the Acer moderators could escalate the problem if you are unable to contact them.As a personal opinion, I think the problem is caused by some external chemical agent or excessive heat in the area, but I could be wrong.
All the best.
