Hello, sir or ma'am, I am experiencing an issue with the auto-rotation feature on my Acer Spin 3x360 (SP314-21-R56W) laptop. It's not automatically rotating, and I have to adjust it manually. How can I fix this problem?

Run the Sensors Troubleshooter: If the screen still won’t rotate, you can use the Sensors Troubleshooter to fix the problem. Download the Sensor Troubleshooter from Microsoft and double-click the SensorDiagnosticTablet.diagcab to launch the experience.

Update drivers: Try updating the graphic card drivers on your computer, uninstall and re-install the human interfacing drivers from the device manager. The system should reinstall the HID-compliant touch screen under Human Interface Devices. Restart the laptop.

Restore system: Sometimes a simple system restore will fix the issue. Try Windows X, click on Power Shell Admin or Command Prompt Admin, type rstrui, choose an earlier date on which your computer was working fine, click on Next, Finish, Yes. It will restore your computer to an earlier date.
