  • Hi @nishantsaiju first of all, keep the equipment connected to power.
Has the team progressed in this time?
It seems to be just a Windows update, was the BIOS update finished before this?

    All the best.

it seems like your computer is stuck on a green screen with a progress bar after a BIOS update. Here are some steps you can try to fix the issue:

    1. Force restart your computer: Press and hold the power button for 15-20 seconds until the device turns off. After waiting a few seconds, turn it back on. This should interrupt the update process and allow the system to boot into Windows normally.
    2. Boot into Safe Mode: If the above step doesn’t work, try booting your computer into Safe Mode. To do this, press and hold the Shift key while clicking on the Restart button. This will take you to the Advanced Startup Options menu. From there, select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart. After your computer restarts, select the option to boot into Safe Mode.
    3. Perform a System Restore: If the above steps don’t work, you can try performing a System Restore. This will restore your computer to a previous state before the BIOS update. To do this, boot your computer into the Advanced Startup Options menu as described in step 2. From there, select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > System Restore. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
