Is your model number the Nitro ANV15-51, as calling it a Nitro V15 is confusing with other models, as your model has a specific model numberlike these new Nitro's have the ANV15 or AN17 or AN16 etc😀

Download both Nitro Sense versions, then try to install the latest version 4.5.975_20230809 first and do it through the Setup folder and click on Prerequires and install that then go to the main folder and finally install Nitro Sense from its main Setup Application. If that doesn't work then try the old Nitro Sense version 4.5.959 and do the same, see if that works out for you, as this should not be happening.

This happened on my 2 year old Nitro AN515-56, as I upgraded it from Win-10 to Win-11 and then I had to reinstall Win-11 about 12 months ago and this time Nitro Sense would NOT install and the same thing happened and I installed my laptops version in two stages and it worked, so try that method as that is the only solution I have that works. Good luck and hope this has helped you out. Give it as a solution if it works👍

If you're having trouble opening NitroSense on your Acer Nitro V15 laptop, there could be several reasons for this issue. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:

    1. Check if NitroSense is Installed:
      • Make sure that NitroSense is installed on your laptop. Sometimes, it might not be pre-installed, and you may need to download it from the official Acer website.
    2. Update NitroSense:
      • Ensure that you have the latest version of NitroSense installed. Outdated versions might have bugs or compatibility issues.
    3. Restart Your Laptop:
      • Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve software glitches. Restart your laptop and try opening NitroSense again.
    4. Shortcut Key:
      • In some Acer laptops, there is a dedicated shortcut key to launch NitroSense. Check your laptop's manual or look for any keyboard shortcuts related to NitroSense.
    5. Check for Updates:
      • Make sure that your operating system is up to date. Sometimes, system updates can affect the functionality of certain applications.
    6. Reinstall NitroSense:
      • If the problem persists, try uninstalling NitroSense and then reinstalling it. This can fix any corrupted files or settings.
    7. Run as Administrator:
      • Right-click on the NitroSense shortcut or executable file and choose "Run as Administrator." This can sometimes bypass permission issues.
    8. Antivirus or Security Software:
      • Your antivirus or security software might be blocking NitroSense. Check your security software settings and ensure that NitroSense is allowed.

Remember that specific details may vary based on your laptop model and the version of NitroSense you are using. Always refer to the official documentation or support channels for accurate and model-specific information.
