This is not good as it usually indicates a problem with the boot drive and you may lose data, since the laptop is new, I don't recommend opening the laptop to physically check the drive(s) connections/cable but bringing it to Acer Services in your country for checking, Acer may reset the system to factory defaults (under warranty) and then you will lose your data. Alternatively, you can try to boot to the WindowsRE OS Troubleshoot menu: Reboot and as soon as you get the Acer logo immediately press the Alt+F10 keys (combined), in Troubleshoot-Advanced click Restart, F4 or 4, Safe Mode. If that works, it is probably not the Boot drive but something else, in Safe mode you can diagnose/uninstall adapter/drivers check the system files and run MSconfig.exe to troubleshoot the system. https://www.guidingtech.com/a-complete-guide-to-using-system-configuration-tool-on-windows-11/

If Alt+F10 does not work and you get the Blue screen again you are showing you need to boot with a Windows recovery flashdrive to get to the Troubleshoot menu. Check this forum how to make a recovery drive on another Windows (same version) PC and how to boot to WindowsRE.
