Too much Power Limit Throttling without high temp Acer Nitro AN 515-52

Acer Nitro AN 515-52 with i5 8300H and RTX 1050 (2019 model)

getting too much Power Limit Throttling without high temp and no thermal throttling.

just start playing some small games but due to power throttling massive performance drop on games.

CPU usage around 20-50% and temp 55-75 °C but constant power limit throttling.

already done thermal repasting, dusting the fans, and always using a powerful cooling pad and always on power supply while gaming with 100% charged battery.

even sitting idle show power throttling on just 45 °C and 2-3% CPU usage.
High performance power plan selected same on Nitro sense.
please help.

Click battery charge icon in tray. Move power slider all the way to the right best performance.
