Gateway Laptop not Booting Fully it manages to get to the log-in stage before switching off

Can someone help me out with my Gateway laptop? It doesn't boot fully. sometimes, it switches off immediately after being switched on; other times, it manages to get to the log-in stage before switching off! Please see the attached clips. what could be wrong?

    Battery pack may have failed

    (1) How old is battery?

    (2) What is full laptop model number?

    The battery is less than a year; other details include:
    Serial No.: 1GNTN1565BKxxxxxxx

    It's a Ryzen 5 with 16 GB RAM and 512 GB SSD laptop.

    Is it a replacement or original factory-installed battery?

    You should arrange for warranty repair service ASAP before one-year warranty expires. Don't delay.
