My Acer Aspire A315 41 laptop can only work when I hold down any button on the keyboard

When i press the power button the laptop starts for 3 seconds and then turns itself off. however, when I press the power button and in those first 3 seconds while the laptop tries to turn on, then I hold my finger on any button on the keyboard, the laptop works fine the whole time I hold my finger, as soon as I remove my finger from the button, the laptop shuts down.

I already tried all the steps before but it doesn't work, now I tried everything again according to your instructions but still the same problem, do you know maybe another solution?
