I want to Upgrading the memory in my Orion PO5-640 What are the best option for memory

Hey guys, just bought the Orion 5000 with I7 12700m GTX 3080 and 16mb of DDR5 ram. I want to upgrade my ram to 32mb, but can't seem to find anything at 4400mhz. So I ordered Corsair Vengeance ( 2X16mb) DDR4 at 3600mhz but they don't fit in the slots, the center notches are not at the same place as the included memory. I haven't had PC for about 10 years and things have changed, much more complicated now, I was sure the DDR4 would fit in this system (found the info in some articles online). Can anyone guide me down the right path? What are the best option for memory and what type is needed. Thanks for your help!!!

i have that same pc and it comes with DDR5 not DDR4 so get the same thing in DDR5 and go to windows update then advanced options then optional updates and look for an acer firmware update that will update the bios so you can turn on XMP so you will get higher speeds. if you need more help, just ask. i suggest 5600MHz for the DDR5 and get the dominator platinum it's a lot better than the vengeance series.

XMP 3.0 profile is supported in your BIOS so 2 16x2 Corsair Vengeance DDR5 5200 MHz (32GB total RAM) will work.
