I have a problem with an Acer aspire 7339.

It hangs at boot or when I have pressed F2 it hangs on "please wait". So the BIOS is not reachable and starting the OS is also not possible.

I have changed the CMOS battery, changed memory, but nothing helped. Also disconnect battery, power supply and pressing the on button for 1 minute didn't help.

Is there a sollution for this problem?

This is a 2012 Windows7 64-bit laptop that is no longer supported by Acer and Microsoft. Bios is UEFI so you probably upgraded to Windows 10 anniversary version around 2015 but updates will have failed as there are no longer drivers available for your laptop. The boot issue may be your outdated BIOS or that BIOS is set to "Fast Boot". The only way out is booting with a Windows Recovery USB flash drive and in WindowsRE Troubleshoot menu try "Reset this PC". If you are still using W7 I don't know what to suggest other than migrate to a new W11 laptop. BTW, changing the CMOS coin battery does not reset BIOS, after you disconnect the main battery you remove the CMOS coin battery and shorten the +/- contacts inside CMOS with a bended paperclip, then put the coin battery back. Also check the 4 GB DDR3 module if it is properly seated, if you have another 4GB DDR4 module try to replace the old one.
