Bring it to a reputable PC repair shop and let them check out the loose IC. This model is 7 years old and if you never replaced the battery, it will probably be dead by now. I recommend you replace both the power adapter and battery.

Ok, So You Removed IC Somehow @thatzaw , I think you need to Reball and Stick IC to that same location You removed it from, Right? If that's the case, I think that there's a reballing stencil you can purchase by which you can Reball Your IC (I mean that black part which you managed to remove somehow), You can purchase those reballing stencil on amazon or anywhere I guess, and they are pretty cheap!, so why don't you try it? also If you try to do it yourself It may result in some sort of damage(I don't mean that you are not capable, You are capable to do this) , so I basically recommend you to show it at laptop repair shop they have soldering guns and everything necessary to solder that again on that location
