My fan is not working at maximum capacity, even though it is at high temperatures. When I enter the bios, for some reason, the cooler spins much faster, so fast that I can hear it. I can't find any way to increase the fan speed. If anyone knows please help me.

If you upgraded to Windows10 be aware that your drivers are all W8.1 and the BIOS 2014 version 2.21 states: "BIOS - UEFI for Windows 8 (Not for Upgrades) Update F2 function for the scenario "End-user shutdown and then power on the system based on Win8/Win8.1" So, expect driver issues with Windows10 updates. Consider opening the laptop, disconnect the battery and inspect the cooling fan impellers and ducts, if very dusty clean with a soft brush and rubber ball blower, do not use compressed air or vacuum cleaners. Note that this is a very complicated job, not DIY, as the fan is located at the back of the main board so the whole laptop needs to be disassembled, better let a reputable PC repair shop do the cleaning. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aDLhgnHdWmw
