Bluetooth Driver for A315-56.Need the correct one?The Restore did not pick up correct driver

I used Acronis to restore from another system. The Universal Restore did not pick up the correct Bluetooth driver. There are three drivers listed for this system. Which one is the correct one?

    You should be on Windows11 23H2 so don't install drivers manually. Uninstall any Bluetooth drivers you see in Device Manager and just reboot if your Wi-Fi is not working connect to your router via Ethernet Lan cable. Windows11 will install the correct BT driver.

    I had called Acer when this initially happened, and this is what they recommended. This did not work, although I did discover in the process that I had the Qualcomm bluetooth. So, I went to the Acers drivers page and installed the Qualcomm bluetooth driver and it worked.

    I spoke too soon. The bluetooth worked for one day. I had closed the lid which put it to sleep. When I reopened the lid, the bluetooth was not working. Furthermore, Windows 10 Device Manager was not even showing bluetooth in the list of drivers. Instead, a new item was showing under USB controllers, an Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed).

    I tried reinstalling the drivers, no effect. I went into Device Manager, clicked on show hidden devices. The driver was there but grayed out.

    Then I deleted all of the grayed out bluetooth drivers and tried a reinstall, no effect.

    I don't believe that this is a hardware issue. It is also not an anti-virus issue as I checked its logs and the driver file was allowed.

    Is there something I'm missing? Please help.

    You can find what manufacturer and model Wi-Fi-BT card type you have by looking into Device Manager > Network adapters as that will describe the WLAN card.

    The Aspire A315-56 has an AC type Wi-Fi 5 and a BT 5.1 card and comes with either a Qualcomm Atheros NFA435A Wifi/BT Combo Module or an Intel 9462 Wi-Fi/BT Combo Module.

    Hi all, I upgraded to Windows 11 and have functionality of my Bluetooth. I didn't download any of the Acer drivers; Windows 11 just seemed to know what my system needed. Everything is working absolutely perfectly. As an aside, the amount of used space on my drive shrunk, have no idea why. However, I'm a happy camper! Thanks, everyone for the suggestions.
