Don't abort a Windows11 process by pressing the power button >5 seconds, using the Esc key is OK. To end a hanging app use Task Manager-Processes and right click on the process to end. You may have corrupted a system file. Try this:
Check if there is a small pinhole in the back of your laptop (with a battery symbol) and stick a pin (SIM card retrieval pin) in that hole till you feel it click (micro switch), keep pressing the pin for a few seconds. This will reset the battery. If no results and you don't want to open the laptop as that may void the 2-year Acer warranty, bring it to Acer Services in your country for checking (recommended).

If you don't care about losing the warranty, try the following: Power drain, CMOS reset and RAM slot(s) check: Open the back of the laptop and disconnect the battery cable from the motherboard. Locate the CMOS module (with 2 twisted wires Red and Black) and remove the coin battery. Shorten the +/- contacts inside the CMOS capsule for 2 seconds with a bended paperclip and put the coin battery back with the + sign facing up, close the CMOS capsule. Unseat/reseat the RAM modules if your model has removable RAM slots. Next, press the Power Button on the keyboard for 10-15 seconds after that reconnect the battery cable to the motherboard. Close the laptop, plug-in the adapter and try to boot. Note some laptop models don't have a reset pinhole, CMOS or RAM slot, in that case just skip those procedures.
