Should I be scared of overheating my CPU? Predator Orion 5000

For reference this is the PC:

I have recently been installing some repacks but I have noticed temperatures sometimes peak at 100 degrees for very short bursts. I have been maxing up the fan speed during these times so I am worried if I have at all damaged the CPU… 'Core Temp' the other CPU temperature programme I have been using to monitor the temperature being reached at certain cores. Should I be worried? (Taskmanager sometimes showed 80-100% CPU usage).
The GPU temp as well as system temp shows it being around 32 degrees, so I assume the other components in the PC would unharmed.
I have heard from other people with similar builds that the cooling is generally bad in pre-builds, and I have plans on improving it in the foreseeable future.
But currently I am more or less worried if installing these repacks poses some sort of threats towards the CPU.

Just peaks of 100°C. is OK as the system will throttle automatically the CPU, if that happens a lot consider changing your power plan from high performance to balanced and reducing the processor Max. Power State from 100% to 95% (Power Plan Advanced settings). Also placing a powerful 5-fan, silent, cooling pad (size of your laptop) underneath will reduce the overall temp considerably as it raises the laptop a bit (improving circulation) and provides extra airflow to cool down the CPU.

The Predator Orion 5000 PO5-640 has a very generic cpu cooling system that is not really up to serious high-end gaming, its got a Cooler Master 12V 2250 rpm type fan and a small generic thermal module, that really does nothing, hence and why you are getting those 100C temp. which you should not be getting.

Go to Noctua site and see their range top of the range dry cpu coolers that are the best. First measure your internal space(s) that you have for a cpu cooler and then chose one of their appropriate cpu coolers, just as further advice, the cooler that community members have used for the Predator Orion and Triton Desktop range of PC, is the NH-U9S chromax.black but also look at the other models as I think that the NH-D15S chromax.black also fits your desktop or look at the single AIO water cooling solutions (which Acer uses OEM on the Predator Desktop range) which imo I don't think that the single fan AIO water coolers, are as good as the Noctua dry cpu cooler solutions, its your choice and hope this has been a guide to you.
